Refund policy

In short

• You pay ₹1,77,000 once and receive all four research reports on the same day.
• Once the reports have been delivered, the service you paid for is complete, and the fee is not refundable.
• If you cancel before the reports are sent, or I cannot send them, the whole fee comes back to you — no cancellation or other charge.
• Refunds reach the account you paid from within 7 working days.

When a refund is due

1. You cancel before the reports are sent. The full fee — ₹1,77,000 including GST — is refunded.
2. I am unable to send the reports. If, for any reason, the reports cannot be delivered to you, the full fee is refunded.
3. My registration is suspended or cancelled before delivery. The full fee is refunded.
4. A payment is made in error. A duplicate or excess payment, or one that would take your family’s fees above SEBI’s limit, is refunded.

GST charged on a refunded fee is adjusted through a credit note, so the whole amount you paid comes back to you.

When no refund is due

Once all four reports have been delivered to your registered email address, the service you paid for is complete and the fee is not refundable — including if you later decide not to act on the research. Courtesy notes on a change of view are free and do not change this.

An example

You pay ₹1,77,000 at 11 am on a Tuesday. All four reports reach your email that afternoon, and the service is complete — no refund is due after that. Had you written before the reports were sent to say you had changed your mind, or had I been unable to send them, the full ₹1,77,000 would have been back in your account within 7 working days.

How to ask for a refund

Write to mnshgoyal@gmail.com from your registered email address. Where a refund is due, it is processed within 7 working days of your email. Questions or disputes about a refund can be raised through the grievance redressal process.
