How to raise a grievance

Write to mnshgoyal@gmail.com with your name, the email address or mobile number registered with me, and a short description of the issue — for example, a report not received, a report that is incomplete or cannot be opened, a billing or refund issue, or anything you believe is wrong. You can also send a WhatsApp message to +91 73801 22211 after saving the number.

Your complaint will be acknowledged, usually within two working days, and resolved as soon as possible — in any case within 21 days of receipt, as SEBI requires.

If you are not satisfied

1. SEBI SCORES 2.0 — lodge a complaint at scores.sebi.gov.in. Complaints are reviewed first by the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (BSE) and then, if needed, by SEBI.
2. Smart ODR — if you remain dissatisfied, you can seek resolution through online conciliation or arbitration at smartodr.in.
