Five steps, in the right order.

SEBI’s rules require KYC and your consent to the terms before any fee is collected. This is exactly how it works.

Write to me
Email mnshgoyal@gmail.com with your name, city and a convenient time to talk. You can also send a WhatsApp message to +91 73801 22211 after saving the number. I will explain the service and answer your questions.

Complete your KYC
SEBI requires a research analyst to complete KYC for every fee-paying client. With your consent, I will check your KYC record with a KYC Registration Agency (KRA). If you are not yet KYC-registered, or your record needs updating, I will help you complete it.

Read and accept the terms
You will receive the Terms of Service and the Most Important Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully; your acceptance is recorded before the service begins.

Pay the fee
Only after steps 2 and 3 will you receive the payment details by email: ₹1,77,000 (₹1,50,000 + GST), paid once. Pay through banking channels to an account in the name of Manish Goel. A tax invoice is issued for the payment.

Receive all four reports
All four research reports arrive by email on the day your payment reaches me. If my view on any of the four companies changes materially within twelve months, you also receive a short note, free of charge.

Your PAN.
Proof of address (for example Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID), if your KYC is not already registered.
An email address and mobile number that you will keep updated with me.

ask for your trading, demat or bank login details, passwords or OTPs;
ask you to transfer money for investment, or to pay anyone other than Manish Goel;
offer guaranteed returns, quick-payment discounts or “limited-period” offers;
send research through anonymous Telegram or WhatsApp groups.
