New research report

Once in 2–3 Years, I Find Just One. I’ve Found It Again.

After months of quiet research, my research report on the one company I am willing to stake my name on is ready — available as a single report.

Friends,

As many of you already know, I do not chase stocks. Over a span of 2–3 years, I identify only one — the single company I am willing to stake my name, my study and my conviction on.

After months of quiet research, I have found that one again. Before I tell you how to get my research report on it, let me explain why a single name carries the weight it does.

Why one stock is worth a serious fee

There is a famous story that explains this beautifully.

A huge machine in a factory stopped working. Several people tried to repair it; nobody could. Finally, an experienced mechanic was called. He examined the machine carefully, took out his hammer, and gave just one small tap at one particular spot. The machine roared back to life.

His bill: ₹1,00,000. The owner was shocked. “₹1 lakh for one tap? Give me an itemised bill!” The mechanic replied:

  • Hitting with the hammer — ₹100
  • Knowing where to hit — ₹99,900

That is the difference between information and expertise. Anyone can hand you 20–30 stock names. The real skill is the knowledge, the experience and the conviction to eliminate thousands of companies and finally say: “This is the one.”

When I share my research on a company, you are not paying for the few seconds it takes me to say its name. You are paying for the 18 years it took me to know where to hit the hammer.

The new research report — now available

My research report on this company is ready. I am offering it as a single research report for a one-time fee of ₹1,51,000 (including 18% GST), so that as many of you as possible can benefit from it.

  • One detailed written research report on the company: the business and its industry, management and governance, financials, valuation and the key risks — with every disclosure required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
  • Sent to you by email on the day your payment reaches me.
  • If my view on this company changes materially within twelve months — for example, a downgrade or an exit — you receive a short note by email, free of charge.
  • This company is also one of the four in my research plan (₹1,77,000 for all four reports).
  • The fee is paid once. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. Once the report has been delivered the fee is not refundable; if it cannot be delivered, the full fee is refunded.

How to get it

  1. Email me at mnshgoyal@gmail.com with your name and city.
  2. Complete your KYC: I check your KYC record with a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency (you will need your PAN).
  3. Read and accept the Terms of Service and the Most Important Terms and Conditions.
  4. Pay ₹1,51,000 through banking channels — NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI or cheque — to an account in the name of Manish Goel. Payment details are shared by email only after steps 2 and 3. Cash is never accepted, and a tax invoice is issued.
  5. The research report reaches you by email on the day your payment reaches me.

SEBI limits the fees a research analyst may charge an individual or HUF client to ₹1,51,000 per family per year, excluding GST. So within any 12 months a family can take either this report or the research plan, not both.
